I just saw Star Trek and it was pretty good. Just wanted to talk about the time travel aspect for a moment, since I tend to do that, and since it’s, in a way, related a lot to Lost.
There are two ways of doing time travel without paradox:
- You commit to there being no way to change what is the future-past.
- You slide into alternate universes.
Star Trek did one of these. Lost is doing the other. (Mild spoilers for both.)
